At Zaffrani Honey, we carefully check and pack every order before dispatch.

7-Day Return Policy

Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the order, but returns will only be accepted if the issue is caused by Zaffrani Honey, such as:

- Wrong product delivered
- Product received damaged
- Product damaged due to improper packaging

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear pictures/videos of the product and packaging.

Returns will not be accepted for change of mind, personal preference, or if the customer ordered the wrong product.

Exchange is not available.

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, the customer will be eligible for a refund according to our refund process.
